Harper

Harper arrived to us with her mom and littermates after they were confiscated from a hoarding situation here in our county. Mom is a 20 pound scruffy wire coated terrier mix. The litter were a variety pack of both scruffies and short coats. All sorts of colors and most having at least one blue eye. We guesstimate that they will be about 30 to 35 pounds, but we’re truly not sure as we don’t know who dad was.

Harper is now three months old and the thoughtful one of the bunch. She's curious about everything, likes to take a moment to check things out, and then she's ready to join the fun. While she's not shy, she can be a little more cautious in new situations and looks to her canine friends for reassurance. Because of that, we think she'd thrive in a home with another friendly dog to show her the ropes, but with a little extra guidance and patience, she'd do just fine as an only pup too.

She's making great progress with potty training, loves to snuggle, and is growing more confident every single day. Once she trusts you, her sweet, affectionate personality really shines.

And can we talk about that adorable little face? Those blue eyes, the speckled pink nose, and those oversized ears are enough to melt anyone's heart. 🥹💕

Whoever adopts Harper is getting a gentle, loving little companion who's ready to blossom with the right family.

Tater

Tater is one adorable little explorer! ❤️ He loves climbing, investigating, playing with other dogs, and showing everyone that he’s not afraid of an adventure!

This smart boy learns quickly, has great puppy manners, and is easily redirected. He’s working hard on potty training and crate training and is doing exactly what you’d expect from a growing puppy. When he’s not busy exploring, he happily entertains himself with chewy bones and balls.

He LOVES playing with other dogs! A playful female would be an ideal canine companion for this energetic little guy.

Tater and his sibling were abandoned in the Largo area, and now this sweet boy deserves a chance to stop bouncing from place to place and finally have a home to call his own.

He needs someone who can give him consistency, routine, patience, and lots of love while helping him become the amazing dog he’s meant to be.

He’s been through enough changes for one little puppy. Could Tater be your perfect little spud? Click here, if so!

Dom

Dom is a 3-year-old, 70-pound pit bull with the absolute sweetest soul. This big guy truly doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. He’s gentle, loving, goofy, and has quickly won us over.

🦎 Lizards = LIFE for Dom.

If there’s a lizard in the yard, Dom is on the case! He could happily spend his day outside patrolling for his tiny reptile friends. When he’s not lizard hunting, his humans are a very close second on his list of favorite things.

Dom doesn’t always seem to realize he’s a big boy. If you allow him to sit directly on top of you for cuddles, he absolutely does. ❤️

A few things we’ve already learned about Dom:

🐰 He hops like a bunny when he gets excited.

🧸 He loves bringing you a toy just so he can proudly show it off.

🐾 He knows sit and paw.

🦴 He takes treats so incredibly gently from your hand.

🍽️ He patiently sits and waits while you prepare his food.

🦮 He walks gently on leash.

😴 He is crate trained and sleeps quietly in his crate throughout the night.

🚗 He enjoys car rides and is an easy passenger—he’ll either stare contently out the window watching the world go by or curl up and sleep in the backseat.

💕 He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and gentle with both his toys and his people.

Dom is currently staying in a temporary foster, but this lovable big guy is looking for a full-time foster home or his forever family.

If you have room in your home—and maybe a yard with a few lizards to keep him entertained 😉 Dom would love to meet you!

Let’s get this sweet lizard-loving gentle giant into a foster or better yet, a forever home! 💙🐾

Sarabi

Sarabi is an adult female bearded dragon with a story that proves just how resilient these amazing reptiles can be.
She came to us as part of a confiscation where multiple dragons were being housed together in a filthy enclosure. By the time she arrived, she was dehydrated, lacked proper muscle tone, missing her left eye, missing several toes, had multiple scars, and was missing a large portion of her tail. Despite everything she had endured, Sarabi never gave up.

With proper veterinary care, a clean habitat, appropriate UVB lighting, a nutritious diet, and time to heal, she has absolutely flourished. She now has a healthy appetite, loves her salads and bugs, and can often be found soaking up the warmth under her basking light—usually in the most awkward and hilarious positions imaginable.

Sarabi has plenty of personality. She'll give you an impressive little huff and puff when she's feeling dramatic, but she's otherwise easy to handle and quickly reminds you she's all bark and no bite. She's truly a diva in the best way.
Because of her history, we're looking for a home with previous bearded dragon experience or someone who has done extensive research and is fully prepared to provide the specialized care they require. More importantly, Sarabi deserves a lifetime commitment. She's a survivor and we're determined to make sure the rest of her life is filled with safety, proper care, and plenty of love.

If you're ready to spoil a true survivor, Sarabi is waiting to meet you. Click here for adoption details.
