Rain and storms are expected to continue across the Tampa Bay area this week after widespread showers brought relief from dry conditions over the weekend.
Much of the region saw steady rain Sunday, though totals varied by location. Some areas in Marion County experienced heavier thunderstorms Monday, including a brief severe thunderstorm warning near Ocala and localized flood warnings.
