Temperatures soared into the upper 80s and lower 90s in Tampa Bay on Tuesday, breaking records for early March.
Chief Meteorologist Dennis Phillips said a front arriving Thursday will bring rain and storms, followed by another early next week that will drop highs by about 30 degrees, bringing morning wind chills into the 30s.
