After a frosty, below-average start to the week, Chief Meteorologist Denis Phillips says Tampa Bay is heading into a much warmer stretch. Highs will climb into the upper 70s Thursday and low 80s Friday, with warm weather sticking around through next week.
A weak front will arrive late Friday into Saturday, bringing scattered showers that Phillips says won’t amount to a washout. Sunday will be drier, and the region can expect sunny skies and highs in the 80s well into next weekend.
