Norris have been located and is safe, according to Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. #FindNorri ORIGINAL STORY: An Amber Alert has been issued for Norris Dail, Jr. Norris is a 4-year-old black, Hispanic male, 41 inches tall, 32 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in the Jacksonville area. Norris may be in the company of 26-year-old Norris Dail, Sr. He is 6 feet tall, 210 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light gray shirt with black shorts. Police suspect he is traveling in a 2000, silver Mitsubishi Galant with a Maryland specialty tag number 1BK9546. The specialty tag is Baltimore Ravens. There is also a Baltimore Ravens sticker on one of the windows. If you have any information on the whereabouts of this child, please DO NOT APPROACH and call 911.
