TAMPA — Good Friday evening Tampa Bay! Showers are starting to taper off as most of us are in the upper 80s if you didn't see a lot of rain and those that did are in the upper 70s. Muggy and dry overnight with a few clouds.
Over the weekend a typical August-like pattern sets up. A few coastal showers and storms are possible before once again, everything will get pushed inland with the west/southwest wind. Highs will top out in the low to mid 90s with heat indices into the triple digits. Sunday looks to be the wetter day of the two.
Next week continues the trend with hopefully more rain later on in the week.
