TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A former high school football coach and a father of two have been identified as victims in the shooting at Florida State University.
Tiru Chabba, 45, and Robert Morales both died in the shooting in Tallahassee on Thursday.
A vigil was held on the FSU campus to remember the two lives lost in the shooting.

Leon High School Athletics said Morales was a former assistant football coach, according to a statement posted on the school's website.

The family provided pictures of Morales to ABC News.

The attorney representing the family, Strom Law Firm, said Chabba was a father of two and a resident of Greenville, SC. He was an employee of a campus vendor.

The family of Tiru Chabba, the 45-year-old father of two who was killed in Thursday’s mass shooting at Florida State University (FSU), has hired renowned national civil rights attorney Bakari Sellers of The Strom Law Firm and Jim Bannister to ensure that all those who bear responsibility for this senseless act of violence are held to account.
Chabba, a resident of Greenville, SC, was on the FSU campus Thursday as an employee of a campus vendor when, according to authorities, 20-year-old FSU student Phoenix Ikner opened fire shortly before noon killing him and one other and wounding six.
Chabba is survived by his wife and two children. The family’s attorneys ask that members of the media respect the family’s privacy and direct any questions to The Strom Law Firm or Wukela Communications at mcw@wukelacom.com.
“Tiru Chabba’s family is going through the unimaginable now,” says Sellers. “Instead of hiding Easter eggs and visiting with friends and family, they’re living a nightmare where this loving father and devoted husband was stolen from them in an act of senseless and preventable violence."“We ask you to keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as we fight to ensure they see justice that honors the memories of Mr. Chabba and all the victims of Thursday’s shooting.”
Six victims were also injured after a man believed to be a student opened fire on the FSU campus Thursday.
On Thursday, law enforcement officials said around 11:50 a.m. in the Student Union, the suspect, identified as Phoenix Ikner, 20, began shooting at random.
Ikner is in custody. Officials also confirmed that the shooter is the stepson of a Leon County sheriff's deputy.
“You know, it might just be time we take a look if HOAs are really even necessary.
Maybe we should just do away with homeowner associations as a whole.”
South Florida lawmaker Rep. Juan Carlos Porras (R-Miami) says it may be time to do away with homeowners associations altogether, as more Floridians speak out about rising fees, costly lawsuits, and even arrests tied to HOA disputes. He said this week that he is considering filing legislation in the next session that would abolish HOAs statewide.
