WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A Missing Child Alert has been canceled for a 10-month-old child after law enforcement found him safe on Monday.
Prior to being found safe, Abnel Devalon was last seen in the area of the 500 block of North Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach on June 27.
