TAMPA, Fla. — Northbound I-75 was closed just north of Bruce B. Downs in Hillsborough County after a major crash Friday afternoon.
Florida Highway Patrol says one person died as a result of this single vehicle crash.
A tire blowout caused the vehicle to overturn. The driver killed in the crash was identified as Anthony Victor Malangone, 43.
The lanes were reopened a little bit before 8 p.m.
