TAMPA, Fla. — Everyone knows the best part of the fair is the food. Those deep-fried, sweet, and savory concoctions keep fairgoers coming back year after year. Popping antacids and throwing caution to the wind as they take on some of the craziest foods the state of Florida has ever seen!
And this year is no exception. The Florida State Fair has released its newest 2026 fair foods, and here are some of the offerings you can find when the fair comes to town.

BIRRIA STREET TACO PIZZA
"Fresh homemade pizza dough topped with light consommé, mozzarella cheese, slow cooked birria meat, onions, and cilantro. Served with a side of consommé for dipping."
