PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — A woman was shot in Pinellas Park Thursday morning after an alleged argument with her husband.
The Pinellas Park Police Department said officers were dispatched to the 6300 block of 58th Street North around 9:20 a.m.
When they arrived, they found a woman shot at the home and the alleged shooter Evangelos Mitrakos.
Mitrakos and victim were married and he admitted to police that he shot her after an argument.
Police said the woman was taken to the hospital and died from her injuries.
Mitrakos was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
