HIGHLANDS COUNTY, Fla. — Officials have announced that 11-year-old Isaiah McGraw, who was reported missing on April 11, has been found safe.
Earlier reports indicated that McGraw was last seen around 4:42 p.m. in the 2800 block of Moonlight Cove Lane in Lakeland. He is described as approximately 5’2” tall, weighing between 80 and 100 lbs, and has short black hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue short-sleeved polo shirt, blue shorts, and white sneakers.

Juan Carlos Porras (R-Miami) says it may be time to do away with homeowners associations altogether, as more Floridians speak out about rising fees, costly lawsuits, and even arrests tied to HOA disputes. He said this week that he is considering filing legislation in the next session that would abolish HOAs statewide.
